Community

Submit ideas for community events here. I’ll work on coming up with a cool way to do this–right now, the calendar on this site is sort of wonkie–it doesn’t seem to have any functionality. For now, let’s just post them as comment threads and as I figure this software out I may discover a better way.

    On the Old Town plaza
    Check out their web site

April 29 – The Cathedral Church of St. Johns – 9 am
    318 Silver
    Check out their web site
    Followed by brunch, location TBA.

    May 6 – God’s House – time TBA
    2335 Wyoming
    No web site–details to follow

May 12 – Adat Yeshua Messianic Synogogue – 10:30 am
    (Saturday morning)
    At Jefferson and Lomas
    Check out their web site
Brunch on Sunday 11 am, location TBA

    May 19 – Congregation B’nai Israel – 9 am
    4401 Indian School

The next weekend is Memorial Day. We may choose some more traditions to visit after that date, but will leave it open for now. At any rate, I would like for us to use our three brunch meetings to set up a regular schedule for community fellowship and service, which I hope to begin in June.
